Slow Flow Yoga

Calm your body and clear your mind with an approachable class aimed towards find that rhythm in our bodies that we're sometimes not still enough to feel. Be ready to reset and conquer your day!

Yoga Basics - Beginner

The asanas in “Yoga” are the poses we practice in order to realign our bodies to help find comfort, balance, stability, and stillness to find peace and connection to the universe. Traditionally, these asanas are practiced daily, over long periods of time. In the western world, we've looked at “Yoga” as a weekly workout, a way to get our sweat in. It's so much more than that.

The most common reason people quit their practice is from lack of change, strength, flexibility. We hope that this class helps with fine tuning those set backs.

One-on-One Assisted Stretch Session

Assisted stretch will give you space, movement, and mobility without the confusion of yoga alignment or ability. Through gentle hands-on assists you will be guided through a custom stretch session that can help with chronic muscle pain, mobility limitations, injury recovery, and general discomfort. A Stretch session will consist of assisted (hands on) moderate to deep stretches done from neutral and safe positions (clients will mostly be laying on a mat) with an open dialogue to ensure comfort, safety, and communication. Each session is ended with cool-down and rest in restorative poses to relax, rest, encourage long term relief.

Please contact the studio directly for a consultation and to schedule your appointment!

*This service does not aim to treat, diagnose, or cure any sickness or disease and should only be used for therapeutic reasons without replacing treatment from a licensed medical professional or physical therapist. Assisted stretch is a great modality to add to any fitness or PT regimen.
